I like how you emphasize in your vids a lot about neck strengthening and not just stretching and massaging like most others do. Neck strengthening has helped me a lot and cured many symptoms! Massaging and stretching has made it worse over the years
I slipped and didn’t fall, but I felt that jerk pain and knew I did something to me neck only one side. Thank you a bunch for this info. I also put heat on it which really created more pain, so I switched to ice, much better.

I initially thought it was JUST postural, but I really feel like I've reinjured my initial whiplash injury over the past year. I will definitely give this a try! How many times a day should you do this? and should you do it every day or have a break day? Thank you!
I am 49, was involved in a car accident over 25 years ago. Well, about 10 years ago, I started to feel the neck pain, and Xray showed the famous whiplash injury. I work in front of the computer over 9 hours A-day. I am in serious pain. Is this a good exercise even after decades?
Sir, my main symptoms due to concussion are as follows 1) Like, whenever I am riding bike or any other vehicle on road if pass over trenches or speed bumbs right, the bounce kinda comes and hits my brain. The pressure comes and hits my brain inside. Even if I stamp my foot on floor ,I can still feel the pressure in my head. When this happens right, I start feeling headache, dizziness, and my congnitive performace declines temporarily. I find difficult to communicate properly, difficult in recollect and all 2) Second symptom is sensitivity to noise...again those symptoms starts please reply 🙏🏿 🙏🏿 regarding this

U need 35-40 sessions to come back to normal. Go to the clinic with an MRI.
