    Really great video, thank you 🙌🏻☺️ But remember that UTM actually also gets directly drawn into the conversion section in Shopify orders - that way you can always easily see what converted your customer to the specific purchase 😊

    Just wanted to ask one question: In your Pro-Tip at minute 18, the first Conditional Split isn't necessary, but the other Conditional Splits are correct, right? Because we don't want to send an email when the customer places an order.

    Great video and information, i have a question about the conditional split for returning customers who placed an order at least once, isn't the first flow filter goint to prohibit the conditional split, because only customers who have not placed an order are in this flow?

      That flow filter is about “not placed order since starting the flow” - in other words, it’s just removing people from the flow once they make order since triggering the flow. If they had placed an order in the past, they can still get into the flow.

      Thanks, Matteo! Yeah, for that you'd need a flow filter. What someone has done (not done) >> been in flow [flow name] > in the last X days.

    If you have flow filters at the beginning of your flow, will customers stop receiving further emails in the flow if they meet 1 of those criteria during the flow? (That sounds confusing!) For example, I'm thinking of sending a discount code in the 2nd email of my flow, but want that to be only if the person didn't purchase from the original abandoned cart email. If they do complete their purchase with the first email, they need to stop the flow. Just making sure the original flow filters will make that happen.

      Yep, the original flow filters will make it happen. Klaviyo applies flow filters at every step/event/action of the flow, and skips people who don’t pass the filters

      @@KaseyLuck hey just saw now the notification lol but might come in handy, when you receive the email of the abandoned cart with the product showing, did klavyio ever created u a link for that product that gets recognized as suspect of fraud when opening the page?
      Just started happening to me out of nowhere, had a headache with the supports just to find out everything is fine with the website, its some weird shit on klavyio (sometimes it opens with no problems, but majority of the times goes "deceptive website" with the link klavyio creates)
      Gonna talk with their support but if u could help me out somehow if u know, it'd be awesome :p

      We initially design in Figma, and then upload the design to klaviyo as a series of images. With this approach, you need to do a lot of backend optimization (like setting alt text for everything) to watch that image-to-text ratio to keep deliverability high

It seems very hard to upload into Klaviyo (HTML or series of images). Is there some other design platform that you would recommend?     Hi Kasey, thank you so much for this tutorial. I created my AC flow (check out started) by following your directions. Can I clone this flow and create the same flow for active cart? what do I need to change for active cart flow different than the check out started?       You can duplicate existing flows, but you can't change the trigger after doing so. To create an active on-site flow, you'll need to start from scratch in flows section.

      Thanks Kevin! By far the easiest and fastest way to add that block is to start an “abandoned cart” flow from the flow presets in Klaviyo (like I do in the tutorial), then save the abandoned product block to “saved” (or starred) blocks, go back to your flow and insert your block from the saved ones.

    I can't find the image code for the SMS image to upload in the dynamic image part, its not in preview coding area, did I miss a step when I was activating SMS?

      you're using a one step checkout. make sure you convert it into a 3 step

      you mean through SMS, right? yeah, it's not just product images, i believe it's all images: no MMS in Australia yet.
      But you should still be able to include product images in emails.
