INSANE CALORIE KILLER 10000 STEPS INDOOR WALKING WORKOUT | STEP & SWEAT DAY 10

  • Welcome to the last day of STEP & SWEAT 10 day indoor walking challenge.
    Huge congratulations if you completed all ten day. You should be few pounds lighter and feel very accomplished:)
    In this workout we will hit that 10,000 steps target in just over an hour. The tempo of this workout might be much faster than what you might be used to so please go at your own pace.
    It is fun, very sweaty and you are guaranteed to lose lots of calories. For your reference I burned 560kcal in this workout.
    The timer is on for 60s this time, just to keep the moves a bit varied and we have 2 x 30s breaks so make sure you rehydrate.
    This workout is a lot faster than what you might be used to so place go at your own speed and feel free to use your own music.
    PLEASE NOTE
    - some smart devices won't register some moves as steps, Single Leg Jack for example.
    - I do not film to the music you can hear so if it's not to your liking please play your own

    I was so pleased with this low impact workout I burned more calories than I anticipated and was only about 500-600 steps away from 10000. If I did light walking during the water break I would have surpassed 10000 . I will definitely do this workout again. Low impact and very effective

    I’ve been doing this workout everyday for almost 2 weeks and I burned around 420-500 calories each session. Every time I do this workout, I’ll end up drenched in sweats 😂. I think my fitness band doesn’t record this as 10k though, just 7k plus steps but still, it’s a really good workout. I love this workout and would definitely check out her other workouts too!       Oh wow. That's brilliant. I mention in my description that some smart devices won't register all moves as a step so it might be worth checking. I wouldn't be too discouraged. If you are sweaty it means you've put the effort in and that's what counts 💪😘

    Fantastic low impact workout! I did not expect to sweat a lot and burn so many calories but in the end, I was knackered and drenched in sweat! According to my apple watch: Distance: 5.73km, Active calories burnt: 664, Total calories: 772, Average Heart Rate: 160. It is amazing to see that you don't have to do crazy jumps or burpees to burn calories. Simple but effective low impact workouts like this one can definitely help you improve your fitness level. I'll try to do this at least four times a week. Thank you so much, Olivia! You've done a great job and got yourself a new subscriber! :) Just a small note for the video editor: I think it would be perfect if you showed the next move a bit bigger and more than 4 seconds, even though I was watching the video full screen on my computer, it was a bit hard to follow. P.s: I loved the playlist as well as the minimal background with the plants! :) xx

    Dall'italia: ho scoperto casualmente questi allenamenti e devo dire che sono fantastici. Ho sudato tantissimo, ma non è questo l'importante.....nonostante faccia quasi tutti i giorni parecchi km, mi sono ritrovata il giorno dopo con le braccia, le gambe e il sedere come avessi fatto una sessione di ginnastica intensa.     I loved this one! Low impact but had a good constant sweat and stayed in the fat burn/cardio range on my Fitbit. 8000 extra steps before bed and it was fun! Thanks for making these videos 💗💗💗

    I only came across your video recently and it is now officially my knee friendly favourite workout! Set to indoor walk on apple watch and this is what the stats show:
    Distance: 5.73km
    Steps: Approx. 7000+ steps
    Active Cal: 401
    Total Cal: 479
    Average heart rate: 142bpm
    This workout is intense, effective but enjoyable and doesn’t stress you out.It’s 👍🏻👍🏻

    I've done this workout twice already & only got to 8000 steps, I took no rest. Oh well, I still like it. Maybe it's my fitness watch that's not keeping accurate steps 😁..

      I've mentioned this in my previous step workouts and descriptions that not all moves will register as a step. Single leg jack for example. So it might be worth checking if yours does. I wouldn't be too discouraged regardless. It's an amazing result. 😊❤️

    Great low impact workout. I am actually surprised how many calories I burned considering it’s pretty equivalent to the calories I burn when I do more intense HIIT workouts. This is effective because you are constantly moving and keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Thanks so much for the video!

    Thank you for these walk workouts! I have an acid reflux problem that flares up when I do intense cardio but these exercises in these videos have never caused a flare up. I’m grateful to be able to exercise again!

    Did this one again and threw in some 2lb weights for the extra resistance. Was able to burn 507 active calories and got around 9000 steps. 💙💙💙

    This is the first of your workouts I've done (you popped up on you tube on my tv) the sweat was real!! My samsung active recorded 8062 steps, 611 calories and 5.99kms - so I'm happy! But one suggestion - could you include a warm down at the end? I'm not sure if your other videos do but I just find it easier instead of then having to go look for a cool down as I am new to this whole exercise thing at 46 haha :)

    This is a fantastic workout. It’s a great pace without killing you yet very effective. I also like the music which has a nice beat and greatly synchronized with the various steps. I plan to do this every day if not all at least partial. My daughter and I love it!😊

    I liked this! I could actually do this without wanting to quit and give up all hope 20 minutes into the workout. The hour went by quickly and I broke a sweat, and most importantly felt like I actually did something good for my health today. Ready to do it again tomorrow. Thank you!

    I absolutely love this workout! It amazed me how many calories I burnt; 720, and that's a first! I achieved far more with this workout than when I go power walking/running for 5km. The steps made are also the most accurate I've come across in a youtube fitness workout. The music completes the whole session too.     I must admit I sometimes found a minute too long. When this happened I did 30 seconds on each leg and repeated the same in the second set. ..I managed to complete without stopping so that's good enough for me

    Loved this walking workout I actually enjoy it and it’s super accurate I burned 405 active cal and my total cal was 486 and my heart rate was up the whole time 🔥💪🏾💦 I’m goin to add this too my 5 am morning workout and love your other workouts you have became my new favourite and you got yourself a new sub

    830 active calories burnt 🥵, and 7700 steps according to my HUAWEI watch !! Totally out of breath but this still was so funn 💃🏻

      @@ektajain9271 4 months ago I was around 75 kgs and I’m 163cm , I no longer weight myself tbh I only take measurements of body parts and I’ve lost so much weight doing Olivia’s steps workouts so good luck 🍀💕💕

    I was stuffed after 2 minutes cause I just did a bodyweight strength session b4 this one.
    Pushed through the whole way and now completely stuffed. Thank you!!

    I completed it. Got a good sweat in but this workout was a little over 7000 steps. Still an amazing workout. Thank you
