    Tried it for the first time this morning! Loved it, I was a little messy in a couple spots but made it all the way through without stopping lol. Thanks Keoni! This 72 year old is feeling better every day with your workouts, even when I don’t feel like doing it, your smile gets me going!

    I was not in the mood for a workout this morning. I started with 20-30min HIIT videos but ended up only til first few minutes. I told myself, since my target is to burn 500kcal for workout today, i will start with keoni’s 10k steps. First 20mins, i was looking at the timer and steps count still unmotivated and thinking of giving up. I ended up finishing the workout and burning 650kcal (as per my smart watch). After the workout, i feel tired but proud. There are days that you really have to push yourself.
    Thank you so much Reps to the Rhythm for your videos. Im 87kg, 35years old. Every time i try to do other workouts such as HIIT, even if its low impact, my body still cant do some of the exercises. Your videos are the best. Please keep doing this kind of videos. It’s really life changing. 💕

    Yay, I did it! You’re so wise; when I’m getting a little tired you throw in a really great song and then I’m energized. On a Cloudy Day was awesome!! My husband even walked by and commented on your motivational shirt!! My favorite 10,000 step workout. Much appreciated Cell phone as well!

    merci pour ces 10 000 pas en musique. les chats étaient calmes et je ne sais pas si j'ai transpiré autant que KEONI. ce que je ne sais pas faire par contre, c'est garder le sourire pendant 1h20 sans sourciller! c'est très agréable un coach souriant. on ne lâche rien. 😇🤛

    This was an exceptionally good workout! I planned on walking outside this morning, but here was a deluge of rain here in South Florida. I went searching for one of your walking workouts instead, and voila, there was a brand new, meticulously designed, long video from you. :) I admire the planning you put into this - all the muscle groups, progressively more difficult sets , HIIT style (with the marching breaks) AND just plain happy! I am in such a good mood after finishing it, in spite of the gray day. Thank you!!

      @@repstotherhythm3764 no, I'm not an instructor, just someone who puts a great deal of thought into planning my daily workouts! I retired in my late 40s and have decided that after years of taking care of family and my work, my job now is to take care of myself. :)

    I’ve done this workout a few times and love it. I like the straightforward moves, enthusiastic attitude and motivating songs. I would love to see more 10,000 step workouts where you mix up the songs or do different song combinations. My most favorite part is your smile. You have a beautiful smile.

    Tried this one today from 945am..
    Loved it ..this is my 3rd after the 4000 and 5000 steps done 2 days ago..i.enjoyed all of it..just missed mummy dearest...grace to you Keoni..from Botswana🇧🇼🇧🇼🇧🇼

    I love these workouts! I am a 69 year old woman who has been working on losing weight and getting healthy. I found your 10,000 step workouts a couple months ago and have been doing them at least 4 times a week. I add a pair of 3 lb. weights which changes some of my arm movements but not much. It's winter now which means I needed a workout that I could do at home. These are so fun that I look forward to doing them. Thank you, Keoni, for you and your hard work making these videos. And thank you for sharing your smile.

    This is an excellent workout. Pace and rhythm are perfect, so much fun! And I can get to my !0000 steps goal even when the weather is not ideal for outdoor walking.     I dont know how you do it but you gave such a clear and easy to follow instructions without speaking a word. You are absolutely genius. I served in military for 21 years and did all types of physical exercises but you are better than all of them.

    Pre-pandemic, I used to be very active and can walk more than 10k steps a day going to work, plus doing other enjoyable workouts. Work from home is a challenge to stay active. I'm religiously following this routine exercise and enjoying it, plus doing some biking on the side after. Thank you coach Keoni and cat pals for keeping us company through this easy to follow yet effective steps 🐈

    I LOVE IT! THANKYOU DOE ANOTHER 10,000 step challenge. I am doing noom now and they challenge me daily with steps. I am happy to do smaller bursts but when you give me 30, 45 or 60 minutes of continuous activity it challenges me to keep goi g and not just stop after 10 or 15. If I am short on time I stop at 30 and come back later for the remainder. For all you do THANKYOU KEONI! Look for a bit of a surprise this month on my patron donation! Bless you and your family!

    Wow! Wow! Keoni, you’re on 🔥! Will update when I complete this one.
    Update: I usually get less than the steps stated so I made sure to go a little faster at times to make up for the lack of steps. Got a total of 9,692 steps, 422 active calories burned, average 120bpm, highest bpm was 146. Was dripping sweat within 30 mins. The workout flew by, especially the first half. Enjoyed the stretch at the beginning and end, body combat, side leg kicks and butt kicks toward the end. Great step workout! Already passed my 10,000 steps for the day!

    It's one of my best on line work outs, if not the best. I love it. I do it twice a week. Or every time possible. The fast musical steps, the dancing, change of strokes. The morale etc etc. Thanks, so much for introducing these simple exercises without much stress

    Wow! I am going to share this You tube with my friends. I don't know if they are up to this challenge. But I will share this great work out! My goal is to have 10000 a day! I love the variety, the coordination and patterns you have created. They are all fun! I have done some of your 5000 steps also, but I love doing this in about an hour. My time is very busy and if I get this in every day I feel I am ready for the day. Plus I will not kill the work out by eating unhealthy because I worked so hard. Thank you!
