      @@JazzLeaf I made this frosty smoothie bowl today and it was delicious ! Any suggestions on how the dates can be blended with the rest of the ingredients? I have own the same blender as you and the dates kept jumping all over the cup when it was on . Even after them cutting them into pieces they wouldn’t blend with the desired amount of liquid that was added .

      @@Eulampia sometimes, if you have older dates, they are harder to blend. What I like doing is soaking the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, draining the water then adding the dates. It softens them a little bit to the point where they will be easier to blend!! Try that out next time!!

    Hi . I found you accidentally looking for something else. I love love love love love your recipes. But I do not own an air fryer. Can I make any of your scrumptious recipes in a microwave or an oven or a slow cooker? And again I love your recipes

      yes! its so good as a smoothie to drink. I don't have but you can plug it into a macro calculator. Totally depends on the type of protein powder you are using!

      I dont actually calculate macros so I don't have them! I would plug all of the ingredients into a a fitness calorie calculator, that will easily be able to tell you the carb count!
