As much as I love video games, they provide you with a false feeling of accomplishment and it’s easy to get into a mode where you become obsessed with various worlds where you’re doing great badass things and just coasting in your real life. I don’t agree with it being a “child’s activity” though. It’s no more a kids thing than playing sports with your friends after work

I'm not saying playing for 10 hrs everyday is good, just that there's nothing wrong with playing and socializing with your friends. Its a fun time with the guys and we as men need that sort of thing. I just find it incredibly ridiculous that when men find something fun to do like play video games with their friends, it suddenly becomes a problem and those guys are lame or losers, yet women can do mindless shit just a soften and nobody says a thing about it.
