I've never met Bill Burr and even I know it was a bad idea to bring Bill to a Lady Gaga concert and expect him not to make fun of it especially since he's not a fan.

To be fair tho Nia shoulda known not to make bill go to that concert with her. At some point you're responsible for your own bad time if you choose to bring along a person you know is gonna have a bad time. Even if Bill wasn't being a jerk it's impossible to have fun while the person you're with is miserable. You can't make or expect someone to make themselves enjoy something.
