I loved Catherine in Holby City and I loved this interview/chat with her. There were some great 'take aways' as well. The 4,4,4 Box breathing which I confess I'd never heard of but will definitely try at some point, the surprise visits to her neighbours whilst out on her bike and the photos she's taken; what a lovely thing to do and last but not least, the 3 things list and of course, every list has to be double ticked! Thank you again for a great video and a huge thank you to Catherine too.
