Some guys have tried using a male model and then when they are swarming in matching they change it their pics, but it doesn't really do much because soon their ELO score falls back to what it would have been in the first place. In my opinion, it would be a much better use of time to focus on optimizing your pictures and let the ELO score take care of itself.
