    You're an unbelievable inspiration. Until you complete building your house can you PLEASE continue to bring us this health conscious content? How were you able to stay consistent? How did you not fall off the bandwagon when you had such a daunting task ahead (90 lbs)? I have to lose 30 and I feel like its consuming my life. I'am emotionally drained after a few days or after "I mess" up. How in the world did you stay consistent? God bless you for your success.

    I am into eating healthy, but have to follow a budget, so we buy most of our produce at Aldi. I walk 3-4 miles six days a week at our local mall or outside when weather is permitting…Thanks for your video, Amy! Whoever buys your existing home is blessed!

    I am 61 and getting ready for my first time with my trainer tomorrow!!! Super excited but a little apprehensive. I had a complete hysterotomy last July and it took me until Nov to get moving again. I was not able to lift over 5lbs or do any exercises during that time. I gained a lot of weight on top of the extra lbs I needed to lose. I also have COPD so that makes it hard to do strenuous exercise. My goal is to lose 90lbs by December. Then another 40 to 50 by this time next year. I love these videos you share with us Amy. It is so inspiring. Please continue sharing your journey with us and I pray you feel better soon. I have had to start taking Claritin and Flonase because the allergy counts are sky high where I live.

    So happy I stumbled over your channel! I lost 80 pounds doing weight watchers and kept it off for 3 years. I loved the way I could eat and I would eat freely on the weekends and that worked for me. I’m up 30 pounds and I think it’s a combination of a very unwanted, stressful move and some medication I was taking. I’m 6 weeks off the medication and the scale is moving but I am more untested in what you’re eating because I feel like I know what I should be eating, but I’m so use to weighing my food or logging it and making sure it fits “within my points” and I always knew I didn’t want to track forever but then this weight gain has been like and this is why….i would love to learn to eat healthy without tracking. Will definitely be getting that scale too ❤

    HI Amy! Thanks for the scale info. I have a Tanita but it is quite old and I'd like to have a little more of the info when I weigh so I ordered the one you showed. I had toyed with the idea of Intermittent Fasting and when you talked about it on your channel, I decided to do it. I lost 40 pounds ....started last April and lost most of it in about 5 months.I'm at a goal I never thought I would get to...actually I'm about at a third goal which is quite amazing. My doctor also does fasting and she was telling me how great it is for my diabetes and health in general. It works great for my schedule because as an owner of a small business I'm always running around and my life can get out of control. It still is difficult for me to find foods that I can prepare without having to prepare them, LOL, but I'm working on it! Thank God for Panera as they have great healthy options and they are usually my go-to for lunch. Thanks for all the info! You look great!

I’ve managed to go from 157 to 140 on keto-ish / low carb. However, I keep feeling convicted about incorporating all the food groups in a balanced, healthy way. Especially since I want to model good health for my daughter and sons. I think your meals and incorporation of carbohydrates look delicious and nutritious - I would appreciate any advice on how to eat in a less restricted way without regaining weight.     I have tried that protein powder, not that specific flavor, but the 2 flavors I had were just too “chalky” of a texture for me, and it never blended well for me no matter what I did. Unfortunately I had to send it back. Congratulations on losing 90 pounds! That’s fantastic! 👏👏 That feta pasta dish is going to be made this weekend, so thank you for sharing it!     I have been trying to lose weight, I started back running the beginning of this year and also doing strength training. I have gained weight 🤦🏻‍♀️. I’m so frustrated. I do think my body has changed, and I feel the benefits of exercising but no change in even the inches 😣. I need to watch my calorie intake closer and keep trying. So, as a mom in similar shoes, thank you for the videos!
