I love this video! Ever since your weight loss video being conscious about what I’m doing has been at my forefront when I don’t want to do anything I think if you and your progress. I shared that video with my boss and we have been doing a 30 min walk at lunch every day. Would love for you to do a video of sweets or cravings or what you do for that
I do envy your freedoms…in my 40’s with little ones, we homeschool so I have zero free time to myself. I haven’t had a hair cut in over a year and my husband works crazy hours leaving the majority of responsibilities on my plate. I’m not complaining, just looking forward to the season in my life when I can truly take care of myself. Your home is beautiful and you are beautiful💕
You are so strong willed for sticking on your weight loss. I do good for about 2 weeks then I slip off. It's so hard to get really started and to stay on it. It's hard for me to do heavy workouts because my back was broke years ago and I deal with a lot of back pain but I really want to loose the weight. Keep me in your prayers. If you have a Pilates Reformer Studio in your area, I'd like to recommend you try it. I own a Pilates Studio and have had two major back surgeries and it is such a good, stable workout for your entire body. I'm 69 years old for reference and I have no problems doing this workout. Good luck! (I have taught exercise for over 50 years and while I used to do hard core weight training and aerobics, I still can get a "fix" from doing this workout!) Pilates is really is about precision of movement, not a lot of repetitive movements or any jarring of your body. Best of luck!

I have been watching your videos over and over just for something to do and see your face and also just be encouraged so thank you for posting these. I will say I’ve been eating like this for years. I love all the same foods you do ! Meat and vegetables in starchy veg for carb is truly the way to go! Love it! I’ve been looking for an air fryer, but I want one without Teflon so I’m still looking. I just found you today. I lost my son last year due to complications of cystic fibrosis and he had a lung and liver transplant in 2020 he survived 2 years and 8 months after surgery. I gained 25 pounds since his passing. Your videos have made my heart happy. Thank you. ❤

Your weight loss journey is so inspiring. I just recently found out I have diabetes. I put on 30+ lbs since i gave birth to my only son 3.5 yrs ago. Then before that i had gained 15 lbs while going to nursing school. I have not been successful at any diet. We have been wanting another baby but my weight, and now diabetes, i have a hard time conceiving. I am starting my journey to a healthy lifestyle... Self-care. Like you, my inspiration is my son. I want to be a mom that can keep up with his energy and not feel tired easily. I am 180 lbs right now and 5'2".... Im glad I ran into you vlog!
You are so beautiful and joyfilled and encouraging!! I'm 29 weeks with baby number two and getting continued motivation and inspiration towards strength and health! I am struggling with the discipline of my Bible time with Jesus in the morning as I want to start working from home or excersize before my son gets up, but thank you for the reminder to prioritize the Lord first. Also, I like to do my 3 miles on empty stomach but then want to have some food or protien in before my weight workouts.

Continued good health to you....I would actually say most to all people are actually magnesium deficient. My son is a personal trainer and he said on your strength training days you should do a 5 minute warm up then your strength training followed by your cardio workout...I wish I could tell you the exact reasoning something with muscle fatigue or something like that. I encourage you to do your own research. Keep up the good work.

But I still find your videos and ideas and advice so relatable and doable and attainable. I have tried so many diets but nothing seems to work for me. Hashimoto and menopause make it very difficult to lose weight. I need to lose at least 30 lbs to start. I love your meals and ideas. I love how you incorporate all foods as long as they are fresh, clean and whole and unprocessed. I also love that you eat lower carb but not necessarily keto. Thank you so much for these videos. I love this video so much! I have struggled with weight for several years, and have tried several weight loss plans. I seem to stick to them about a month, then go off the deep end. Lol. For some reason, seeing your transformation, and what you are doing, has inspired me more than anything or anyone else. You are such a blessing to me. Amy, I love that you start your day with God 1st. I love the Bible app it helps me a lot. I gave up wearing makeup years ago when I became a caregiver. I have gone back to using lotion again to keep my skin from drying out. But I do this more at night. I struggle with keeping hydrated. Thank you for sharing about the peanut butter powder. I've been looking at getting some, so your comment has helped me decide to give it a try. There's nothing like a peanut butter and banana smoothie, I do one every morning. It keeps me full for the day. Then I'll eat something for dinner, not always a balanced meal. I'm having to relearn how to cook for one person. I miss my husband and cooking for him eating has become a big struggle for me now. I've lost about 35 to 40 lbs in 10 months, the most of that being in the last 3 months. I am walking a little more but doing a lot of yard work as winter approaches. Im learning how to use the air-fryer,it was something my husband used, not me. God bless you, Amy, and your family 🍎🍓🦋💖

You are so beautiful and joyfilled and encouraging!! I'm 29 weeks with baby number two and getting continued motivation and inspiration towards strength and health! I am struggling with the discipline of my Bible time with Jesus in the morning as I want to start working from home or excersize before my son gets up, but thank you for the reminder to prioritize the Lord first. Also, I like to do my 3 miles on empty stomach but then want to have some food or protien in before my weight workouts.

My son is a personal trainer and he said on your strength training days you should do a 5 minute warm up then your strength training followed by your cardio workout...I wish I could tell you the exact reasoning something with muscle fatigue or something like that. I encourage you to do your own research. Keep up the good work.

I’m so proud of your weight loss and health journey. I am 54 yrs old and going through menopause and also have hashimoto. I know I could be your mother. Lol. But I still find your videos and ideas and advice so relatable and doable and attainable. I have tried so many diets but nothing seems to work for me. Hashimoto and menopause make it very difficult to lose weight. I need to lose at least 30 lbs to start. I love your meals and ideas. I love how you incorporate all foods as long as they are fresh, clean and whole and unprocessed. I also love that you eat lower carb but not necessarily keto. Thank you so much for these videos. Please continue making more of these what I eat videos often. They truly help and inspire me and so many others. I love watching what other people eat for health. Also with the grocery costs rising out of control, if you are able to, I’d love to see healthy “budget” grocery and meal ideas. Thanks again and God bless you.

I love this video so much! I have struggled with weight for several years, and have tried several weight loss plans. I seem to stick to them about a month, then go off the deep end. Lol. For some reason, seeing your transformation, and what you are doing, has inspired me more than anything or anyone else. You are such a blessing to me. Amy, I love that you start your day with God 1st. I love the Bible app it helps me a lot. I gave up wearing makeup years ago when I became a caregiver. I have gone back to using lotion again to keep my skin from drying out. But I do this more at night.
I struggle with keeping hydrated. Thank you for sharing about the peanut butter powder. I've been looking at getting some, so your comment has helped me decide to give it a try. There's nothing like a peanut butter and banana smoothie, I do one every morning. It keeps me full for the day. Then I'll eat something for dinner, not always a balanced meal. I'm having to relearn how to cook for one person. I miss my husband and cooking for him eating has become a big struggle for me now. I've lost about 35 to 40 lbs in 10 months, the most of that being in the last 3 months.
I am walking a little more but doing a lot of yard work as winter approaches. Im learning how to use the air-fryer,it was something my husband used, not me.
