I’ve eaten off the cutting board and out of measuring cups to avoid extra dishes 😅 I was in a bad slump for months but this year started two new habits everyday, making my bed and getting dressed. And it has made such a difference in how I feel and what I accomplish in a day ☺️

My new doctor last month put me on a paleo diet and in a couple weeks I can’t believe how much better I feel. Energy and mentally. My new favorite breakfast is Dave’s thin sliced bread with cucumber kimchi, Costco guacamole cup and eggs I have 2 of them for breakfast and so good. It’s been different though to plan around this diet but feeling the way I do helps! You always keep me inspired
I love what you say about consistency. High protein with good whole foods to round it out seems like the smartest way to eat healthy and stay fit from the collective input of the gurus and scientists.

You look amazing and are so inspiring to me as I struggle with extra weight. You are so wise to get your weight where you want it as a younger person and not put it off like I have. I enjoy watching the preparation of coffee and foods and snacks. I have a bag of shrimp and my kids dont like shrimp. But i never know how to make them to add volume to the dish and not just shrimp. Avoiding carbs at the same time. I do get overwhelmed working out. I want simple but i feel like simple wont do much. TH-cam is overwhelming with workout videos. Some days i skip just because i dont have motivation to workout.

I like sweet potato french fries maybe or potato chips, I forget, but please tell me they taste deliciously different this way because I really want to try those.
