One is Oligosaccharide which is a thick sugary syrup! You can find it at Korean grocery stores :) I’m not sure which other syrup you’re asking about! If you don’t have Oligosaccharide, you can replace it with honey!

Taste sake is a type of cooking alcohol! And Oligosaccharide is basically syrup but without other flavors, just sugar
