    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    Thnx, would love a few more beginner-intermediate workouts, I have some ulnar nerve issues in my elbows so any modifications would be helpful. Keep them coming.

      +chichihealthfitness Muchas gracis. I fear I have some permanent ulnar nerve damage but work around it. the things I cannot do are snatches or anything whereby I swing above my chest/head. I do put on some light elbow support neoprene when doing kettlebell. I prefer slower movements, except when doing swings. thanks so much. I am 60 y/o and getting fit!
