Habari wana mazoezi na watazamaji wa channel ya ShoShoTV, leo tunawaletea sehemu ya pili (Episode 02) ya msimu wa tatu (Season 3) ambayo ni sawa na sehemu ya 29 (Episode 29) kiujumla ya kipindi chako kizuri cha mazoezi (SoShoFitness) tangu kianze kurushwa hewani.
Katika kipindi cha leo tutakuonesha jinsi ambavyo unaweza kukata/kupunguza tumbo lako ukiwa umelala chini ikiwa ni Part 1.
