    Habari wana mazoezi na watazamaji wa channel ya ShoShoTV, leo tunawaletea sehemu ya pili (Episode 03) ya msimu wa tatu (Season 3) ambayo ni sawa na sehemu ya thelathini (Episode XXX) kiujumla ya kipindi chako kizuri cha mazoezi (SoShoFitness) tangu kianze kurushwa hewani.
