  • SINE allows you to build your own Legato Map, customize your articulations, and personalize the round robins.
    We're really excited about this and can’t wait to release it on December 16.

    Outstanding features and yet the KONTAKT basics still included. I hope Spitfire is aware of this and throw their new player overboard.

    Hi Hendrik, I love that you OT guys always try to come up with innovations! Keep the great work up! Did not pre-order JXL brass yet but it's very tempting :-) The sound is outstanding and I expect the transitions and consistency in general to be on a very high level as this was Tom's main issue with other brass libraries. Viele Grüße, Burkhard

    This is phenomenal and is the difference between good live samples and being indistinguishable from a real live recording. Incredible work and in my mind sets Sine Player apart from other similar platforms. Excellent work!!

    Your SINE Player is a very exiting interface and easy to use after watching a few very well made and short tutorials. Many Blessings, Max

    Wow, I'm impressed! After just getting my head around kontakt and gravitating to OT's great sounding libraries I thought SINE was just a pretty UI that did pretty much the same thing-I had no idea how much power is available in such a simple looking interface: transitioning between articulation poly-maps to this!
    Now all I want to know is when will everything in the OT vault be available on SINE?

    Orchestral tools is by far the best company in orchestral sampling. No one else provides the options they offer either with capsule or SINE.

    Hi Hendrik, SINE sounds like the next step in virtual instrument control, very exciting. Are the controls, like legato volume and release times, also going to be backwards compatible with your earlier libraries? That would be ausgezeichnet... keep up the great work, greetings from the Netherlands.

    Eagerly awaiting monday! May I ask - if you dont own jxl by then - will you have anything to start using Sine with?

    • @PeterSchmidt
      @PeterSchmidt 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think they are planning on porting everything from berlin to ark, if i'm not mistaken.

      Other libs after a time, yes - but as I understand not monday. Not clear to me if we can add our own libs not going through the shop.

    I really love the sound of the French Horns starting from 0:46. But is it just me thats not hearing any slurred legatos? I'd say if thats legato, its probably retongued legato. But Slurred legato is as important for expressive lines. I think I heard some in Junkie XLs demo. So I'm wondering, are the slurred legatos limited to certain section sizes or instruments?

    I’ve still not seen an actual explanation as to how the legato function works in Sine player i.e. speed zone 1 and 2 etc. For someone who’s fairly new to mixing it seems pretty confusing.

      HI Vincent. Not yet, we're currently converting all our libraries over to SINE. We'll let you know as soon as it's available. Keep your serial handy, you'll be able to add your previously purchased libraries under 'My Licenses' in SINE once it's converted over. Best, OT
