    Nature walks are incredibly helpful for me to destress. Also, I found journaling to be meditative and useful to combat stress.

      Nature walks are the best!! I need to find some better “nature” around me though😂 I miss living up north!! And I really should give journaling a try again.. it’s never stuck for me!

      @@PaigeWestCo I just started, I was told that it needs to be pen and paper, instead of typing journaling, and he was right. Writing with pen and paper is so much more raw.

      @@adriangee4272 Definitely will give it another go and will do it with pen & paper! I need to try different variations with it too like in the morning or at night to see what works...

    Go lives in another country liké middlr est or North africa and you will forget what is stress.
    You are not zddicted to stress. You dont have high level of cortisol dopamine then others but i think you have the Low COMt dna mutation that cause you low COMt activity wich make you more anxious and more alerts
    Look , give u a chance to test Ur dna. If you have the COMt mutation nothing could help you : no Medic, no stress management, no tips or diet...
    The only and better solution to quit thé USA very demanding life to more calming life
