Girl you are looking so freaking good! I’ve never thought 75 hard was something I would try, but I think I’m going to do it. Well done on doing it again ❤
You've made another great video about the 75 Hard challenge! I'm starting tomorrow thanks to your inspiration! I really love what you said toward the end about changing your identity. I really need to complete a challenge in order to trust myself, that i CAN quit my bad habits, and form healthier ones. I've let myself down for years and years and feel like change is impossible sometimes. Thank you so much for your video, and the book recommendations! ❤
I begin the challenge in June and it changed my life, I’ve never felt so alive and happy, sometimes I get bored in summer and now it is absolutely not the case, I always have some training and reading in front of me. This first season is all about balance for me and committment. I feel like it is such a positive thing for me.
@@minaalc9898 I’ve lost 20 pounds very slowly in the year, now gain 3-4 pounds this winter and plan to loose another 10. It’s a process. 75 hard give me the confidence to start karate after 14 years of pause. So, it’s not a constant life style, but a nice starting point and it’s life changing if you do it with kindness. That’s the learning for me. Be there for myself is kind.
Really loving your vibes. I’m on day 5 and just wanting some motivation. Other creator videos just seem…like they are trying to be social media starts. Your’s come off as very informative and chill. Thanks ✊🏾
I’m actually really impressed that you started it over after forgetting a photo. That’s dedication. Also if you liked Atomic Habits, you might enjoy Tiny Habits - it’s written by BJ Fogg, who was the professor that taught the class James Clear got a lot of his ideas from. I actually like Tiny Habits way better, as it has more practical tips and is actually written by a behavioural scientist.
Ooo interesting! I didn’t know that about Tiny Habits! I’ll definitely check it out. And yes it definitely sucks to restart over a photo but I wanted to feel like I did it without any exceptions😅 I actually just had the same thing happen again on my third round🫠
I quit my birthcontrol (pills) in feb 2021 and have used the Daysy ever since! I had been together with my boyfriend for 4,5 years then, so a long enough partner to be able to discuss this decision with (which he fully supported!!). So if you are looking for another way to track your cycle (naturally), but know when and what to expect: I would really recommend it! :) I loved watching both your 75-hard videos, I am planning everything out for my own 75 hard right now, so exciting!!
Eyyyy, another Florida girly. My todo list for today is move lumber/move car and mow the yard at 6:00, walk at 7:00 because chances are 1) it’s not raining, 2) it’s the least blistering heat, 3) just the right light before dusk. I totally understand the struggle.
New sub, just wanted to say i really related to your rhetoric which i dont come across very offensive, especially towards the end when you speak on self limiting beliefs adding your books to my list ❤
Girl, you’re an inspiration! Please rethink the 5K however, my father was a coach, and he said the bouncing up and down of our inner female organs is so bad for us not to mention what it does to face it pulls it off the bone, which is why so many runners look Haggard keep flying with your Ariel yoga that’s the way to go transcend gravity girl, you’re young, but believe me from the other end of the spectrum you want to take care of that and running is the worst thing for your face and your female organs
Omg this is one of the most ridiculous comments I've read on the internet for a long time. Your father is providing such sexist and outdated advice. Ewwww

Running is not bad for women 🤣 if anything, studying suggests that it’s actually really good for women
