      Interesting interpretation, for me it looks more like the protagonist was too naive about the other robot and didn't realize he helps him only for having something to ruin, the other didn't have a true patient for building those towers. and for me the end look like a betrayal.

    • @isaacwildflower214
      @isaacwildflower214 2 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      @@pugo7925 While that's an interesting notion, I personally disagree, as with the last frames the taller robot turns and clicks his claws the same way he did when the orb started building towers back up, I think it showed that rather then betrayal it was understanding, and a desire to continue despite it

    • @bingbongthegong
      @bingbongthegong 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@isaacwildflower214 exactly. The purpose went from maintaining perfect order to having new adventures with a friend, and even being able to achieve more results than before because of it (standing on his head for taller towers).
      Seems clear to me that the spheres, who only knocked down towers, were the actual antagonists.
      Reminds me of the quote from East of Eden: "And now that you don't have to be perfect, you can be good".
      Brilliant film.

      that's just preference of tone/pitch or something, it's actually more than very well done, these are very dynamic sounds imo, fitting the little movements quite interestingly in what seems to be an appropriate sound-to-object-to-movement relationship. I think Celine Dion sounds like shit, but does that change her actual level of professionalism? My ears just don't like what they hear when she opens her mouth to sing however go ask any singer what they think of her and they will tell you she's the Queen or some shit

    Thrilled to see the final full result, this was adorable!
    Probably a reach, a pretty deep one lol, but was the overall theme inspired in any way by the Buddhist practice of drawing Mandalas? They draw these huge, intricate geometric patterned designs using various colored powders and then mess it all up, to symbolize the creation-destruction cycle. The duo seem to enjoy the same practice of stacking up blocks and tumbling them down at the end.
