Computers are one of those items that only a few tenths of a percent of our population will ever know how they truly work, down to the atomic scale.

On the contrary, many people imply that CE is the bridging point between software and hardware, connecting the two concepts together and really producing something out of it. You'll have a more concentration with lower-level languages i.e., assembly, c++, c, c# that are compiled (translated) on build time straight into binary or machine code that the computer can then interpret and execute. Also, in CE you'll have higher concentrations on things like physics, electricity, and manufacturing the hardware. In short, Computer Science is viewed as a more theoretical philosophy while CE is viewed as a more practical philosophy. Your dedication and commitment to help us all visualize and dive deep into these amazing technologies shines through your content - not so many videos uploaded (if each one is SO HARD to make !), but when done I feel so satisfied -eagerly waiting for the next one. This is the exact level of visual detail I've been waiting for from anyone on the internet and really, only a channel like this could've have delivered so perfectly. With how complex and microscopic the makeup of parts are, it had to be CGI, but even the biggest VFX-focused channels have nothing on this so I knew I'd have to wait for you to put something out. The info presented was very easy to understand, and you have really kickstarted my understanding of computers from this one video. I'll say thank you for all your hard work to produce this, though it seems inadequate to express my appreciation. As your newest subscriber, I can't wait to see more of your work!
Im a young(ish) self-taught software engineer who didn't grow up in a time when I could visibly see all of these parts (as a lot of my coworkers did), there have been many times when I have been studying low-level code and said that it would be much easier to comprehend if I were able to visualize what was going on in the physical hardware. Last week I was learning about Variable-Length Encoding on binary and stated to a coworker who was trying to help my understanding that I would really benefit from seeing everything at a microscopic level. This video is not just informing in exactly the way I have been wanting, it is also incredibly entertaining. Thank you so much for this. Liked and subbed.
It's ridiculous the amount of details on these videos, not only shown on the super custom 3d models, but on explanation as well. This channel is pure gold

Brilliant and Branch Education mentioned in one video. My two favorite learning tools.
As always, amazing animations, wonderful way to make education graphical and entertaining
If anyone asks me what's your all time favourite video on TH-cam, I'll quickly share this. This video should literally deserve an award. I'm a VFX enthusiast and I know how much skill and effort it takes to produce a video like this
I thought about doing this myself and felt it was impossible. You gave me a sense of magic, and I truly appreciate your work and feel like crying. Thank you for the months that went into truly teaching these things in such a detailed way. You deserve more. Please keep making more advanced videos on the edges of human understanding, for everyone's sake.
Just amazing !! Thanks a lot .🙇🏻🙇🏻 To the people who worked on Animation .
Wow, I though you just bought some assets that already existed and then did some animating (which is quite a feat in itself) but modeling all of this in such detail is just insane production quality for a youtube channel
I'm actually a Comp Sci Student who has studied chemical engineering previously. The way they integrated engineering principles, physics, animation and the stellar sound quality - hats off to you guys! 🎩 I'm legit excited and amped for another video and would even consider doing courses on Brilliant later on in life
It's amazing that now we have such high quality content videos like this available on TH-cam for free! I've always wanted to understand computer architecture. Thank you guys, remarkable work!
AMAZING QUALITY!!!
OMG I'm sure this took forever, you guys are awesome.
( I've donated with the $Thanks on another video and will do so again when I can! )
I cannot emphasize enough how incredible this video is… I am absolutely floored by the level of effort and expertise that I’m enjoying for free 😮
Those 3d models, animations and explanations are just top class👍⭐
This channel is so much underrated. It deserves more subscribers. Such graphics rendering and research for 17 minutes video is mind blowing. Hats off.
You guys are the future of education. No joke.
How does this video not have millions of views? The amount of detail, dedication and work put into this video is mind-blowing.
Brillant and fantastic work with this video!
It gave me even more comprehensible information than I could have found on my own.
So thank you so very much for sharing this with us!
This was insanely good! Just built my new PC this year and this reminded me of all the fun I had examining each part.
Man, I am so grateful for this video. I have always wondered what goes on in our modern day computers. This makes me want to continue studying in the field of computer engineering. Thank you for sharing this Branch Education.
500 hours spent on this video is mindboggling to say the least. You’re doing collossal work here. Thank you!
What blew my mind even more than the incredible 3d animation and detailed explanation is the fact that it took 500 hours to make this video. This is the very first video I've watched on this channel, but I'm sure it won't be the last. You've more than earned my like and subscription.
The most professional animation about computer hardware I've seen
This is incredibly put together. The video makers deserve much recognition
The amount of hard work went into making these videos is insane ! Each and every video of yours is a masterpiece as it explains even the toughest subject of science and technology in the most detailed and simple way possible. Really appreciate your hard work and dedication into making these awesome videos !
You guys are without a doubt the best computer animation/explanation channel on TH-cam. Never ceases to amaze me.
the amount of work that must've gone into the incredibly detailed animations is amazing
Thank you. You made my day! 🙂
Thank you for this incredible work🙏 Watching this literally left me speechless. What a time to be alive!!
Absolutely incredible. I already knew computer engineering was amazing, but this level of detail really blows the mind.
As a person just getting into computers, this was just what i needed. You helped me understand how immensely complex these machines are without overloading me with information. The info presented was very easy to understand, and you have really kickstarted my understanding of computers from this one video. I'll say thank you for all your hard work to produce this, though it seems inadequate to express my appreciation. As your newest subscriber, I can't wait to see more of your work!
One of the greatest videos I have ever seen. A full-of-knowledge source of inspiration, huge thanks from a student.
The effort went in the art and animation is beyond the praise!
The work and detail are just insane, thanks for making these videos, they will last long!
Absolute beauty. The animation , The Desktop and The dedication put in this.
Everything that you all do is absolutely breathtaking! Keep up the great work!
So far this is the best videos I have seen. The explanation is crystal and very detailed you cannot miss a thing. Thank you, Branch Education for taking so much time to come up with these animations they are very helpful. I look forward to more of your video's.
That's an insane level of production. Great job!
Kudos to you, I’m a stay at home mom and my hobby is gaming and computers when I have time. Been wanting to learn more about the specifics and your videos have been great. Thank you!
