Phil was winning with 4 points after the pre-judging but somehow he lost after finals, also this year Phil beat Kai in the olympia.

That is the perfect specimen of a bodybuilder. That particular moment in the sport, no one ever has looked better. I've yet to see another body that tops this 2010 arnold classic. When he won 2011 O title, he didn't look this good. Perfect in proportions, definition and symmetry. If he keeps it up, no doubt he has many more titles coming to him.

the lighting here is amazing. the lighting at the olympia is too broad now a days. you can barely see any detail. its better when the stage is smaller like this one where the light is concentrated more as oppose to it being a huge stage with broad lighting. but yeah phil heath here is perfect.
Ray was way to small to beat Phil, Flex would get murdered form the rear by Heath, it's that simple, Shawn didnt have wheels, arms, delts or a back like Heath, Wheeler had a nice detailed back, but so does Heath, except Heaths is a lot thicker and his lats insert lower, Phil would smoke everybody in the 90's except Ronnie and Yates because of their size.
Pose for pose, Phil would destroy both of them, he has better arms, legs, delts and back, what dont you get? Wheeler and Ray would get absolutely murdered from the back by Heath, his lats insert almost at his waist, the detail in his back is insane, then his hamstrings and glutes would be to much for Wheeler or Ray, I think Ray was around 215-220lbs, Heath is around 250lbs, and Heath has better bodyparts, so how would Ray beat him? I just watched entire competition from 1990 to 2010 and i can easily say that i've seen many who were litteraly in their best shape in a way like ronnie, he was really huge or flex, he gives you the aesthetic and they all were legends but this is insane. Everything you look for is in this video. Not the biggest size you could ever watch or sherreded or aesthetic. But what he has accomplished is how everything comes together at the same time.

I mean if they don’t get blown out from the front, which most of them do, they definitely get blown the fuck out from the back. Neither Shawn, levrone or flex even came close from the back and not a single one of them had such round, full muscle bellies from the front, not even Kevin or flex. The only three poses Phil can possibly be beat in, is front lat spread, abs and thighs and potentially front double biceps to a couple people out of the people you called out.
What also makes this great is lighting from the floor from behind. That shows the lats and the part of the arms that are pointing down. this way you can really see their silhouette. Watch the shows from today, you won't have that extra light from behind, and every ones lats and stuff dissapear in the shadow
