Ronnie at his best was massive and ripped and the to me he’s the GOAT. Dorian changed the game and at his best was a complete package with the best back ever. But this is the best, most aesthetic most complete package ever. No one can beat this version of Phil in any era.
His shoulders are so impressive, ive never seen that shoulder shape on someone that big. It seems like they pop out so much, and the rest of his physique is just top tier. Crazy good

Explain a 28 inch waist 22 inch arms and 30 inch quads with 60+ inch shoulders and then come talk about legendary and arnold 75 this is not to hate on arnold he was and will always be great but we must not forget what came before him.
I was watching live when phil brought this. It was jaw dropping. The high definition was just a specimen to behold.. absolutely took your breath away and the judges were the same. This is the current all time Olympian physique. He still has the title

What went wrong for Phil is his conditioning. He looks way better with this type of smoother conditioning than the grainy looks Phil always tries to go for.
Phil Heath in 2011 beats the best Yates and Coleman and Jay Cutler. There was not one discernable weakness on him in 2011. His back had a depth and detail that would make him more than Competitive than either all 3 and his conditioning along with those full muscle bellies, striations, deep cuts and aesthetics would be the difference. He was just that good.
So I just finished watching Shawn Ray’s 1999 Olympia posing routine. Even though he wasn’t as big as Phil is here, he was much more shredded/dry and to me looks more symmetrical. I know a lot of people say that Phil in this video has one of the best physique we’ve ever seen, and I agree. But it still doesn’t beat Shawn Ray in 1999, just my opinion.
