@swaapo Phil looks better than Kai when you look at them individually there's no question... when you see them on stage together there is a noticeable size difference. Kai won because he had the size advantage

I think it has a lot to do with the tan they use now too. Too dark tans and a matty kind of tan so it doesn't reflect light it absorbs it they don't use enough oil anymore either. Around these days it's shit all round

So I did, and my god, he really actually did just look like a living action figure. By far the best Phil Heath ever looked, and one of the most impressive any bodybuilder has looked in the 2010s
If kai can come in this sharp with his added size and his gut is in check and phil heath is only 90% then he will win. NO matter what kai looks like if phil is even 91% at his best there is no beating him. Kai has to be 100% and phil has to be OFF. Period.

If Kai could have made his mid section look as tight as it is when he hits the ab and thigh, but all the time he would have been extremely tough to beat. It's such a very noticeable flaw when he is on stage. Your eye is drawn to the turtle shell stomach.
Best quarter turns out of every pro at his level. And Im sorry but phil and all the rest don't even compare...THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO POSE...thats what bodybuilding is all about! When you see someone shaking in every pose they hit along with bad foot placement and un flexed legs it means they don't practice posing. Kai may be a mass monster, but he's the only aesthetically pleasing one out there.
dexter jackson have so much experience.... he always come in a very good shape but he is old....he cant compare with these monsters.... at least he won it once....

Kai needs to go back to this kind of conditioning in his training to compete with Phil. Something to get the judge's eyes off Heath's muscle belly. His midsection was so much tighter here. In fact everything was.
