    Finally got my cast off a broken ankle which required surgery and have essentially been immobile for 3 months. This workout was nice and gentle and my crackly knees can’t thank you enough. A staple in my day on the road to recovery.

    Thank you so much Joe for making this video. I suffer from MS and really struggle to find exercise videos that aren't to intense, but I love to workout and keep myself healthy. Thank you!!! I will be continuing to do this video ever morning and evening to build my strength back up and get out of this flare up 🥰🥰🥰

      Im in the hospital currently and thats what they think i have-came from nowhere! previously i was doing @thebodycoach exercises with the kids doing the PE sessions. This is helping me get through the day doing little bits here and there from the chair.

    This is so great! My husband and I are at different fitness levels, and the chair-based workouts for seniors are terrific for him! I can modify for a standing workout for me, so we are able to work out together. If you can add more chair-based or non-percussive workouts, that'd be great. Thank you for making these available, in any case!!

    so nice of you to do this workout, working out on chairs is a great option for seniors and people with sensitive knees and injuries,I put together a chair& stair workout video the other day for my over 70 students

    Just did this twice, I'm recovering from bunion surgery on one foot and it is great to be able to move and feel the heart pumping a bit.

    Thank you. I tried to do workout in May but it was too difficult for me. Only just discovered your senior workouts today so very grateful that I have somewhere to start. I am a jogger, did virtual London Marathon, but not been able to do sit ups, push ups etc. These workouts are easy for me but I did them for just over an hour and feel as if I will build/find some muscles if I persevere. Thanks again.

    Thanks for this I have an umbilical hernia and waiting for an OP which has been cancelled due to covid19. Been looking for exercise I can do without ending up in crippling pain and this was great, simple and quick thanks Joe

    The on screen timer is great! Can I make one suggestion, to turn the red timer into blue? For two reasons:
    One, for the colourblind. Red-green is the most common colour blindness, so a lot of online games turn red to blue or yellow to help this.
    Two: Red can feel negative, angry, stressful. It's used by food companies to make people feel hungry. Blue represents the calm of the relax period better.
    Thanks for your hard work, it's phenomenal.

    I loved the first half. I am bit chairbound (I can walk with assistance of a cane) as I hurt my heel but I don't want to stop exercising.

    I've fractured my foot so I can't do the standup ones my therapist gave me your link as I've put on quite a bit of weight tried some of your sit down exercises your very good will try to keep it up everyday.

    I’m restricting myself to indoors as much as I can as its impossible to social distance near us and our nearest park is 30 minutes walk away. Wanted to say thanks for this workout. Harder than you might think and you could always add weight or extra exercises.
