    Loving this new workout Joe. I love the ones where there are 15 different moves rather than two sets of the same routine. Been working out with your various for seniors workouts seven days a week for 8 months straight. I say thank you to you every morning Joe. You are a star.

    I spent most of lockdown one working from home, then in December I turned 66 and retired. By the end of January I felt like a huge sloth. 😥
    My granddaughter recommended your videos. They're FAB. I do PE with Joe on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, then Joe Wicks Seniors on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. 😀
    Week one was hell on earth
    Week two was torture
    Week three was doable
    Now I LOVE IT. I feel so much lighter mentaly, emotionally and physically.

    I’m not a senior but suffering from CFS this was the most exercise I’ve been able to do in months. Nicely paced and really helped. I feel like I’ve achieved something today. Thank you

    I'm back to work at school next week but I am going to get up earlier so I can keep up training every day doing your exercises Jo.. I love the way the make me feel my joints especially my knees the strength I have and my posture is so must better. Especially as I have been sitting in front of a computer during lockdown.     I love this! So pleased to see some workouts for seniors. I work with older adults and there is so little out there for them. Not sure some of mine could do some of those moves but its definitely something they can work towards. I have been trying to keep them moving so this is something else I can tell some of the more mobile ones to try. Thank you Joe 😊

      The great thing about these sessions is that it's very easy to take it down or up depending on fitness, age, injury, mood etc. It's a resource that could be developed and adapted for care homes and day centres, with the video playing and led by volunteers or activity coordinator (if the place is lucky enough to have one)

    Thank you Joe. You can change the label for this exercise sequence for the adults on the group. I like to see you with the kids but have a tough time following you. Great for us carrying extra weight around the middle and bottom.

    Great stuff, Joe. Pedantic point: don't fret about clockwise & anti-clock in the arm movement: when one is going clockwise the other is anti-clock, ain't it?

    I'm approaching 60 and don't consider myself "senior" but these are perfect for a quick energy boost when sitting at desk for long periods at home. Encouraging voice is the thing; I just wouldn't do them on my own!

    My mom struggles with so much floor work. I feel like seniors might appreciate more chair exercises like others have commented. Even your Ultimate Beginners work out is better for her (minus the planking, hahaha).

    @joewicks would this be ok for a person who is recovering from covid pneumonia ... i am trying to recover but walking slowly for ten mins on flat is where im at and with the bad weather im looking for something to keep me moving and stregnthen my lungs

      Totally agree. It’s not the exercises, which can do but I can’t put pressure on knees do to damage to them, so difficult to get up and down.
