Great workout Joe. At 76 I’ll be walking an 80 mile national trail next spring in 7 days, walking solo. I’ll be using this set every week till then to increase strength and endurance.
I’m 25 (so not exactly a senior), but I had an appendectomy in August and this challenge has been a great way to gently reintroduce exercise into my routine after my op ☺️ Thank you!
Feel so fantastic.I have lost 3/4 of a stone and more importantly feel energised and super fit. I work in a secondary school I am fitter than some of the students.

Just about to have sunday dinner. Well deserved after this work out. I do 1 -7 every week now. I feel I m missing something if I don't. I do yoga Thurday. I feel fitter by the day. PS GOT RID OF CHRISTMAS WEIGHT! YAY
Any chance of you putting another programme together that is a bit more challenging than this...maybe on the things that seniors need like core/glutes leading to improved balance? Noticed that goes.. like in ankle joints and through feet ..which are foundation. Also gardening for olders I notice calf muscles seem to go fairly quickly. Just a thought ....

My husband and I keep doing this week by week .We are at different levels of fitness but it's easy to just change things as you say brilliant !
