- Hi everyone! Follow me on Instagram @coyotecams for more wildlife and trail camera videos! I am transitioning away from TH-cam but still capturing lots of cool stuff.
I was recently lucky enough to film this amazing encounter with a pack of 7 coyotes. I've been approached many times over the years by coyotes that I've filmed, so I recognized that I was in no danger here. It is important to remain calm if ever approached by any wild animal.
If you like this kind of footage, subscribe for more. I've got a lot of videos that I'll be posting in the near future. For those who are already subscribed, thanks for sticking around!

Where are these videos taken from? These are beautiful animals. You’re so lucky to have captured them on video
Cool video. Love the way that family was playing with each other. I have several videos like that one. I film mostly with trailcams but do a fair share of filming them in person as well amaizing animals. Keep up the good work
Thanks! They really are amazing animals. So resourceful and intelligent. Your trailcam videos are great by the way.
@@coyotecams thanx for the complement. Trying to improve my video quality my content is great but i was only filming in 720 to save battery but now im using the 1080p setting looking to build a nice 4k cause there arent any available that are worth the money. But thanx u keep it up i will as well and spread the good word!!! Awesome stuff
@@gscurka I'm currently using Browning Spec Ops Advantage cameras, they can do 1080p at 60 fps and have pretty good battery life if you are using lithiums. The 60 fps makes the video quality really nice, you might check them out. I wish they would make a 4K but buying the batteries/cards for one would probably make me cry!
@@coyotecams ya i made external battery boxes for my cams, soooo much savings on batteries. I only replace internal batteries about 2x a yr now. I get 300-500 vids every night btween all 6 of my cams
@@coyotecams hey you got an email you can give me? I have some awesome videos i dont post. I would share with you. You would love them.
Great vocalization! I liked how that other one circled around. I saw that stalking behavior on a video from one of my trail cameras as two approached a raccoon.
Yeah I have been circled a few times now when filming at night, I've learned to be more aware of my backside while I'm crouched behind a camera. Usually an "I know what you're up to" is enough to keep them behaved haha.
so cute! I miss living out in the country and hearing them almost every night...
Umm there’s a back of Urbans living a couple 100 yards from our house and I am scared of them but we all different
I heard them outside my window last night, never heard them before. Thought it was my brother yelling, then a tornado siren, then remembered I had just mentioned earlier if we didn’t have coyotes I’d run with my dog at night. I was shaking for like 10 minutes even after I knew what they were 😂 My brothers said that 1. it sounded like a baby being killed and the other said it sounded like kids laughing
They are "cute" until they play with your dog and they draw your trusting pet into a kill zone.
Coyotes look like pathetic "starving wolves" until they take your dog in a coordinated attack.
@@little_wonderer9290 they don't lure dogs to attack them. They lead them away from dens and their pups.
@@KING_of_CoyotesThey lead pet dogs away and kill fhem.
This Dog Is A Stalker
I love coyotes ... awesome forest puppies.
Also known as the “barking dog”
There was one video when they howled at a squad car chase
Nobody:
Me: ThoSe Eyes are SO PreTTy LikE glOwsTicks
This is a very dumb comment xD.
I actually really liked this video as it made me more interested in wild animals
Glad you enjoyed it, I've got more coming!
They have this rather creepy kind of effect when their eyes glow
America's Got Talent, here we come 🐺 🎵
You're welcome 😊. I love wolves and other wild dogs 🐺🐺🐺even coyotes
The coyote is a beautiful animal! Much love for the coyote, I as a native American feel! AZ Zapata!
Great video!
Helps calm down two Australian shepherd 7 month old puppies. ‼️‼️❤️ I saw two coyotes crossing a street late last night. They’re running out of places to hunt.. so sad. Leave some space for our willd animals to roam!!
Great video, I have a question, I did one camping night in my city. I started to hear the the same howling sound near us.We were 2 people. Is it safe to stay? We tried to make noise and to have many lights next to our fire to see the area. Is there any chance that these Coyotes attacking us in our future camping plans? We did it in a national park, based on the information, we only have Coyotes, golden jackals and striped hyena. Also from your experience, can you comment on the golden jackals and striped hyena if they are attacking? and your recommendations for camping in such a place? Many thanks
Wow! How did you get so close to coyotes without them running away? Even at night I could never get that close. I am also guessing they can't see in the infiltrate light? Is that light outside of their vision like it is for us too?
I was sitting on a curb with a creek behind me. Felt something run into my arm, and jumped 5 feet when I saw a coyote had just run into me. I think they're getting more bold and desperate.
They are trying to figure out what the red light is shinning from your camera.
They are curious as to why YOU are stalking them and if they are at a safe enough distance
I WOULD NOT WANT TO BE IN FRONT OF A PACK
ohhhkay then... what i heard about 5 am this morning from my back yard and i live in the suburbs must have been coyotes. Sounded like this only had more coyotoes howling than in this video and lasted a lot longer.. Our son's dog did not appreciate it was shivering and racing around the room.
Beautiful just like Dogs
i just got into thermal and IR cameras and would like to film these sort of thing. i have gotten close, a few times. and by that i mean i have been able to flim them at about 1500ft which my IR cant pick up and they look like hot specs on my thermal, but i hear them and see them moving fast. sometimes they will circle back behind your position. they are smart little things. i was out trying to film the nothern lights, but bring all my gear as i never know what i might see.
Are you outside with them or inside a car or something bc I am so scared of them, also I dropping a sub bc if your outside with them you got balls of steel
I am outside with them, there is no reason to fear coyotes as long as you keep a safe distance, they will usually move away from you if you get too close. Thanks for the sub! I've got a new video coming soon.
coyotecams there a pack living about 100 to 150 yards from our house and the howl so load I’ll follow you on insta and show one of the pics I got of one in the morning
@@buzzlightyear4633 Awesome, looking forward to it
They dont mind you unless you mind them not, im in Florida so there is alot of them i had 1 6 feet away from me I didn’t give a shit so with him I guess thats why they say predators sense fear
