My elementary school and middle school I have went to in the public school system has always tried their best to help the custodian in anyway. My elementary school they gave the custodian the job of track coach which made his wage higher and gave him more hours and he absolutely loved it. My middle school put the custodian in charge of the landscape (he was allowed to buy the flowers and plants he enjoyed growing and seeing) and they were always open to his new ideas so he did what he loved
It's always janitors who brighten your day my school janitor is great he makes us laugh and make us feel better and happy so if you guys se someone who makes you happy or cheers you up say thank you and a hug whatever
There would probably be a very slim chance of that happening because usually janitors aren't credited or even noticed at many schools. But this man had a bond with the children :)
Starting today I'm going to watch at least one story like this every single day. Imagine if the whole world did the same thing; we could really start healing the world right here and now! We have the power to start planting the seeds of change by putting images like this into people's hearts and minds instead of all the violence, hate and destruction we're being force fed.
