    This was an absolute craziness... if anyone asked me to show them a perfect workout, I will have no compunction to tell them that this is the one! I can see you worked really hard to give us this level of a workout to knock us all out for a few days until you are back so we do not keep expecting new ones, didn't you? 😉 That's cheeky! Anyway, this was an ultimate and utter killer but the ever most efficient. Can see you have equipped a new room so always great to see a new setup. Well done. Your hard work and talent creating these masterpieces is just outstanding. Looking forward to more like these. Thank you.

    Wow you were right to put intense in the title. As usual always creative with the range of movements. I especially enjoyed the flat out to the ground up and then roll move. Loved how you incorporated abs and the cardio to keep the heart rate at max. Great Job Daniel.

    No one move was particularly difficult to complete for me exception the star crunches. Otherwise felt more like an extended warm up. Still, good energy and creative, new compound movements. I definitely feel good after this.
