- In this STRENGTH + MUSCLE BUILDING Full Body Dumbbell Workout we will switch back to the best basic movements for building and strengthening the entire body. Make sure that you are choosing a decent amount of weight for each exercise so you can challenge each muscle group! In this workout we will have 10x Giant Sets in total. Each Giant set contains 3x movements, each movement for 45 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between the movements. After each giant set there will be a 25 seconds rest.
After hitting the major muscle groups like Legs, Chest and back we will have a 50 second water-break and after that we will target the shoulders, biceps, triceps and the core section.
You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
Make sure that you do a proper warming up before starting with the workout:

I did a couple videos last week and never commented. This is one of them.
My husband wanted one of your shorter strength videos but without combinations so on the hunt I went.
The combos here are minimal so this was just what he needed.
For me it was nice to have a break from lower leg exercises since the second half was all upper body.
Because I had been used to doing your 40 minute videos I upped the weight for lower body except front lunges since those are harder on the knees.
Weights:
Single dumbbell lower body - 17.5kg
Hip thrusts - 20kg
16kg lower body
15kg for the rest as my heavy weight.
10kg mid-weight
6kg light weight

Good one. Only thing i wanted to note was form on a few things: chess presses on the bench and a few others where elbows were going below the bench. I’ve had shoulder injuries so I’m especially cautious with form. 😉 but overall a good workout Daniel

I don’t know the numbers no more and the brand was some random brand from 3 years ago on amazing ..it looks similar to bowflex I should say …but there are way better alternatives in market right now
In the beginning, I was regreting that I have only small 1 kg weights. In the end, I was glad for my small 1 kg weights...
Next time Switch to 2kgs ;) Good job!
