You better believe, this person is going into THIS RECONSTRUCTION & RESTORATION PHASE OF MY LIFE AND I AM 65, TURNING 66 IN 5 MONTHS. I will come back and post at picture of my results.

I did p90x when it first came out and went from a 12/14 to a 2! I changed my eating to all healthy organic food though which also made a huge difference but doing the insanity workouts leave me feeling like I pushed all limits love and hate them lol
Insanity was my cardio tool 14 years ago...and I am now 48 and cannot believe the degree of difficulty yet a great sense of accomplishment when you get through it! Thanks for this video

Used to do the original every day in the army plus my weight training at night. 11 years later I'm not even half the muscle but at least double the fat. Made it 10 mins in today 😂 I'm going to keep it up and see how long untill I can see the 30min mark 😂
This workout is no for the weak minded ppl. You have to have heart and start somewhere. My respect to all them soldier that make it through his workouts.
I’m planning to return to Insanity Max 30 so I can use it as my cardio program to fit into my Bodybuilding regiment where I train first then do Max 30 after lifting

I have the original Insanity workout and it's awesome. You don't have to go the same pace/reps as the videos and still get good results.
