Did it for 50 mints repeating last 20 mints. 50 mints and 150 cls. Awesome . For the record I made modifications to make it harder for me . Thanks Daniel you’re amazing
That was great!! At first I wished the reps were longer, but there were a few moves I could hardly finish!! After I finished the workout I started it over and did 15 more mins for a 45min workout 💪
