    Love this vid, your voice calms me down. Next time I'll make a cup of tea instead of coffee!
    But I have a question because I like it when coffee improves my bowels and has a laxative effect. What kind of tea should I drink to make it the same? 🍵🌿

      Thank you for your encouragement and your question. Caffeine naturally has a laxative effect. Black tea, green tea, oolong tea also naturally contain caffeine, a stimulant that speeds up bowel movements in many people. How about trying a black tea with milk to encourage a bowel movement. Hope this helps!
