I laughed so hard trying to do those exercises!!! And I failed successfully because after trying for like 2 hours I couldn't do it that well BUT I felt incredibly relaxed and happy!!! THANK YOU!

Another one is physical exercise as well. Keeps your brain oxygenated and keeps you focused and also feeling great as well.
As a muslim, we pray a minimum of 5 times per day, where those of us who have free mobility of our bodies have to do certain movements during prayer. I've heard it also acts as a protection from dementia. Would like to hear your take on it.

These brain kinesiology warm-ups are great; my wife uses similar ones in her 4th-8th grade classes. ... I really enjoyed when Jim just started showing-off w/ his juggling skills at the end! :)

My dear Jim, I heard about you a time again, when I started to struggle by loosing my working memory also after Covid, not only due to my MS, diagnosed 13 years ago, but I didn't look for videos or for your canal. Now I see, I will be your regular pupil, I will train also your exercises, not only triathlon😉, I hope, you don't know more MS distructed (para)triathlonists. God bleds you!!!

Try learning to play the drums also, it has helped me on the long run although with time it just becomes natural to me, so these exercises are good to stimulate the brain with new things. Thanks a lot

Felt so great trying some of the exercise! The juggling one kinda challenging for a start, but practise makes perfect!

@@boasschmid-bielenberg9438 Sorry to hear about your Dad. Yes I do believe these exercises help. They have been a nice addition to my regular zoom classes that I teach. I also have clients with Parkinson’s and my mom as mentioned above. Just make it fun with your Dad. Practice these together. I hope this answer helped. I wish all the best for your family.
@@boasschmid-bielenberg9438 I meant to add that I have some gentle chair yoga and exercise videos on our TH-cam channel that your Dad may enjoy. He may enjoy Qigong as well. This can be practised seated or standing.

The second exercise looks simple to me, but I have great difficulty performing it consistently over a period of time beyond 10 seconds. I also seem to be performing these exercises quite slow.
Little tip I found for the second exercise is counting to 4 like in music and flipping the faster hand every beat and the slower hand every 2 and 4. Hope it helps!
