      @@berniesipstea I think ur the best on U tube. We’re so similar in knowing it’s like listening to myself. Just to mention, you keep changing what you are drawn to at the time because plants are planets and change potency either the changing solar activity (planetary changes). Also at diffent seasons your body needs diffent energy’s. This is why plant have diffent potency’s depending on the season. For example, when golden rod flowers bloom in late summer they are ready for treatment in the autumn afflictions. Specific allergy’s and viruses around at this time. This is applicable to all plant medicine. Eucalyptus is potent in the winter for cold treatments etc. your probably in tune with the changes which is why your spirit tells you to go to diffent plants.

    I drink peppermint tea. But how much of it should I be drinking??

    Very interesting video, thank you. Have been drinking approximately 10 cups of chamomile during the day and while I don’t feel sleepy, I do sleep exceptionally well at night. Watching this vid means I’m doing something right, I’ll keep at it.
