    Sorry to hear you're injured again. Keep it up!
    I have just started dedicated sprint training and it feels good! But now I'm tempted to do the sprinting on Saturdays and still keep the long long on Sundays, LOL. Have to remember to feed the cats! With sprint training, I'm tempted to do more reps than is probably optimal. The 'mindless condition' mindset is strong in this one.

      To play devil's advocate, there are a lot of things long runs can be great for. But... Also a lot that it's bad for! You're smart, I'm sure you'll find the right balance for your goals eventually!

    Good vid as always. It's unfortunate that you got injured. My best guess is that your body wasn't used to the lateral movements that are usually used in basketball. I had a similar experience while going from cross country to soccer. I hope you heal well and can't wait to see how you are able to come back and perform!

      That's our best guess as well. Note to self = practice more lateral movement
