Just the coconut flour has 180 g of carbs for a batch. If this makes 4 servings, thats 52 g of carbs per serving just from the flour. Is this really keto?
if you ate them all no. portioning is key. you can do a little experiment too and replace all or half of the flour for almond flour. I do them all the time whenever I see too much coconut flour in recipes. Of course, coconut flour tends to suck up liquid more so whenever I exchange for almond flour, I always lessen the amount of wet ingredients. Also, 1/4 cup of coconut flour has 8g net carbs so 8gx4 = 32. Even if 150g of coconut flour is more than 1 cup, it'll be more than 32g of net carbs not 150g. Again, I almost always substitute for almond flour to lessen the net carbs if I can.
