@@lemonjuice6715 im 47,50kg and 1,62, i was too lazy to weigh my self lol,but i did this for two weeks with some mini workouts sometimes,there wasnt any visible changes,i dont know about my weight but yea,also i dont eat that much 😕so yea maybe if u did it for longer you would see some changes,i think this workout is for "fat"ppl to like lose some weight it doesn't work if you aren't "fat"but its fun 🤷♀️

I look freaking goofy doing this because my legs and arms don't know how to move in opposing directions, but it's a fun and light workout (that still manages to make me breath like an 80yo man with emphysema) that I like to do when I feel too lazy or bored for my normal workouts. I actually saw this yesterday and thought I am gonna do this from tomorrow, and i tried this today morning I actually had fun it was hard though but if there was other workout I would have gave up already but this one got me like "Let's try for 10 days" so I am here today.

Steps taking-
-No eating after 6 pm
-Drinking bottleguard juice every morning
-increasing protein intake and vitamins and minerals while eating adequete carbs to not hinder my growth
Breakfast:- sprouts with veggies and apple (everyday)
School breakfast:- 2 bananas and curd
Lunch:- 1 cup of cooked rice with any curry and LOTS OF SALAD
Dinner:- soup (any kind)
-drinking 4 bottles of water everyday
-For workout
30 minute walk every morning
This exercise in the morning
Going to the gym everyday for atleast an hour
(Paired up with the 10 minute walk I take after 45 minutes of studying)
-Have also started skincare
(Weight update at the end of every week)
Lets see if all the goals are accomplished everyday
