I apologize for the shaking in this video. I had not realized until I was done recording that my tripod was unsteady 😕.
This is a very easy pasta recipe and I will show you in this video how to make Crawfish Monica. If you are unable to get crawfish then you can definitely use shrimp instead.
Ingredients
1 pound of crawfish tails
1 stick of butter
1 bunch of green onions
1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
cloves (5 cloves=1 Tablespoon
1 pint of half and half
Creole seasoning to suit
your taste
1 pound of rotini pasta
