Unlike Crawfish Etoufee, this rich creamy dish is so simple, with only a handful of ingredients, yet very flavorful. No way in hell. Sauce is way too thin.... And your crawfish are probably the consistency of a gummy bear. Tails should go in the last two or three minutes after the sauce has reduced and its almost finished. 👎
