Creamy and Dreamy! I’m Italian and have always had trouble with cream/cheese sauces... this turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it to taste! I added green onion because I add it to everything (even ice cream 😂) the second time I made this I did the shrimp mixed with crawfish.... so good, thank you for sharing and can’t wait to se the next vid! 🙏

Never use the China kind of crawfish they don’t taste as good as Louisiana grown.As a Louisiana native I learned that the hard way.

I made the sauce too thick ima have to put water little by little

This is all wrong im sorry from step one the water should have been salted and boiling before the pasta was put in!!!!
I did not know you didn't have to wash tails off i do they just smell so bad to me i guess that's why i wash them
These are Preseason tails, if you wash them you wash all the seasoning off… You only wash the tails if they are raw
