    For Screenshot:
    Morning routine for diabetes:
    1. Dipraghmatic breathing.
    2. aamla and haldi powder drink.
    3. Overnight soaked methi seeds water. Gulp the seeds.
    4. Yoga aasanas.
    5. Calf muscles are like 2nd heart. Walk 30 minutes twice a day.
    6. Low carb diet
    7. Be mindfull. Less stressed you are, lesser food cravings.
    My personal additions:
    DEEP and Sound sleep .
    Honey, lemon, apple cider vinegar drink empty stomach.
    Include chia seeds in varius dishes.

    QUESTION: Type 2 diabetes. Per Dr.Hansaji, drink 1st thing in the morning and have breakfast within1 hr from wake up. So, take all those drinks (amla,okra water,methi water, vinegar water,etc)on same morning after wake up? OR OK to mix them all and drink ? OR what is the time gap between the drinks, prior to 2 breakfast?
    Is there any timing schedule / day on when I should drink them ?

    I started intermittent fasting and drinking lots of water each day. Moreover, abstain from eating meat, fabricated food, completely stop drinking any beverage product and abstain from taking sugar, to reduce my Sugar level 303ml/dl to 96ml/dl with in one month. Please, guys care for your health before things go hard and Wish for me to be cure at all. My point on 'Why am being affected by diabetes ?' are being Stressed, Alcoholic, taking fabricated food and Drinks, accumulation of fat on my belly.

    Can I chew curry leaves as suggested by you in one of the episodes?????
    I am also taking the type 2 diabetic medicine
    My deepest question is !!!!????. is it okay.....for sometime to carry on with both curry leaves and sugar medicine..well I give a.30 minutes gap or even an hour gap and have this curry leaf.Yet I have a doubt which of this item should I take ..FIRST????

    Very useful video mam... pls make a video on this mam.. i wake up morning with no energy at all.. i cry inside where my husband n children should not know my pain.. i prepare breakfast for them n pack lunch with lots of pain due to lack of energy.. i recently checked my sugar in digital testing of diabetic.. it was almost 385 after food... i am not taking alopathy medicine...i am taking ayurvedic medicine

    It’s not possible to have breakfast within one hour of waking up. After freshening yoga for 30 minutes and walking for 45 minutes and bath after that will take 2 hrs

    How to eat breakfast in one hr after getting up in morning. We hv to prepare first 😄 then after getting up yoga/walking/exercise first thing to do..it will take 1 to 2 hrs practice in empty stomach condition.🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻

      She is clearly saying to do the stretching exercises BEFORE you get out of bed. Take the warm drink then yoga followed by a walk.
      I personally couldn't do it all so I plan on the pre rise stretch then drink then more strech. I'm going to record my levels etc for first a week them month to see if any lowering of blood sugar levels as at present they are seriously high.

    How can one have breakfast within an hour when he has to take amla juice, walk, yoga. When should one take his breakfast actually??

      we have given a gist of things good for diabetes. depending on your work life balance, you need to work out each day routine. for example, if you do yoga on 1 day, next day you could go for walk - have variations in walk too - the order can be stroll-brisk walk-long steps brisk walk, a bit of jogging if you can-back to stroll and end the walk. staying mindful is the essence which itself is solution and shows solutions. take good care

    4:50 uthne ke baad dhudh malai bread kha lete hai aur kabhi kabhi kela bhi. Par nashta phir kuch ghanto baad hi ho pata hai. Uthkar gai bhais, khet ka dekhte hai toh nashta toh late hojata hai

      its good to have light dinners. veggies soup are great at dinners. if you consume milk, its a good habit to have milk before bed - it enables good sleep
