    I nearly died a couple weeks ago from a terrible diet and drinking. My liver was fatty, my blood became toxic, my kidneys started to fail me, and I nearly had a heart attack! I added Milk thistle, turmeric, garlic, kale, broccoli, blueberries, green tea, carrots, avocado, and several other foods and supplements with daily exercise of walking and swimming and in a couple of weeks I was able to reverse the damage and lose 9 kgs. Miracle stuff, honestly!

    I did my blood test yesterday after 5 weeks of 100% no carbohydrates no sugar no fruits no starch no red meat diet. My Liver panel test result shown AST , ALT , GGT level all perfect!
    Far from its top range. Just 5 weeks. My fatty liver is reversed to healthy normal. I lost 4-5kg just from dieting and stop eating after 7pm till next day lunch. 2 meals a day. Only boiled using water, steam Fish, tofu, cabbage broccoli veggies, chicken breast, black coffee no sugar for afternoon lunch and green tea no sugar during evening dinner not later than 7pm. After 7pm I fast till next day lunch 12pm. The fasting time is extremely important as this time allows digestion and some hunger which makes our body burn the fat within without exercising. Exercising barely able to reach the fat around our liver. So fasting is the effective way. I had No milk (contain high and high sugar) . No snacks. No all kind of bread which still are carbohydrates. No omega fish oil. No cake. No biscuits. No rice.
    No noodles. No fruits especially as it's fructose are directly process only by our liver!
    Just 5 weeks and fatty liver is back to normal with proven liver function blood test compared to my previous test result 5 weeks ago. I feel very lively light and positive. I lost 5kg. Also My cholesterol and sugar level were also extremely good blood test result! I m looking way younger and my body is nicer too.
    I m 33 years old male. Non smoker non alcoholic. Didn't work in a toxic environment. I didn't exercise. But I ate much rice, fatty red meat, and milk and cookies and fruits. I slept late before. Now I kicked those bad habit n bad diet. After recovered from fatty liver, I continue my way of eating n fasting n sleeping time. I reintroduced some healthy carbohydrates back into my diet. Such as some corn carrot, some wheat bread, potatoes, some fruits, some rice. Remember not to take fruits everyday as fruits are high in fructose which cause diabetes. Please make sure u do not overdo it. I really mean only some. Lack of discipline and taking it for granted will cause regrets. Legalon supplement is useful as well. I'm sharing for mankind and for those who were helpless from useless doctors. And I'm sharing in memory of my late father who passed away due to end stage liver disease.
    Months later I did followed up on ultrasound and report shown my liver is perfectly healthy, also my kidney and pancreas and gallbladder. Since then I resume back to normal diet which include some fruits and carbohydrates. I continue to exclude fast food, oily and unhealthy food. Please bear in mind that fruits and carbohydrates must be consume in moderation. And fruits cannot be consume everyday to prevent diabetes!
    I have kept all my blood test and ultrasound comparing before and after report. And I will continue to test yearly.

      @@drshaival take garlic occasionally so it can be more effective when needed to be used as a medicine.
      Not good for peaceful life, or for subtle system, when used too regularly.

    I used to be a heavy drinker. My liver became fatty. It's been 5years i am still trying to reduce that fat. I have constant liver pains at times. For anyone reading, please stop alcohol immediately. Also, stop with it sugary aerated drinks, they are even bigger killer than alcohol. Thank you ma'am for these tips will include them in my diet

    Amma I have fatty liver disease, I am in recovering period now. For god sake my allopathy doctor don't give any medicine and pain killer to me but prescribed a healthy lifestyle , and I feel so much well in this life style and obviously exercise and yoga changed my life .       @@mentorshalajunior2621 firstly don't let your maa to eat fried and processed food and have to drink right quantity of water . And she can't eat sugar and anything related foods . Eat mor veggies and Omega 3 type food and protein and keep exercise and yoga in her daily routine it is a slow process because there Is no medication for fatty liver and life style changeing is really helpfull if she has grade 1 hepatomegaly fatty liver . 🙏

      @@priyankamondal1769 am having same problem mam i have high triglycerides and type 2 fatty liver reason- overweight but doctor gave me some vitamin e ensules plus capsules and liprose- F 10 but thing is i want to reduce it naturally can i just focus on diet and exercise to reduce or have to take medicines ??

      @@hisdailybreadkitchen4699 drink water only after 20-30 minutes once you had your lunch/dinner.
      If u drink water right after your lunch/dinner, it gonna creates constipation or gastric trouble. (Because water+acid+food(calories) can’t go altogether)

    We appreciate this video on this important topic! To add to this, it's also super important to make sure that you're drinking enough fluids to produce urine when detoxing. It's also essential to make sure you're producing enough bile, having 1-3 bowel movements per day, and sweating as much as possible! Foods that are important for liver detox include: a variety of B vitamins, amino acids, and sulfur (found in onions, garlic, and eggs)!

      I had suggestions you have to replace the blood by eating iron like liver to substitute the menstration blood , or take b12 it built red blood cells and carry oxygen to ur system , maybe ur lucking magnesium glicinate help nerve muscle bone supplement

    The most common problem today we all face is Acidity. So please share the ways to get rid of acidity completely.🙏🙏

      1. Stop consuming antacids & other gastric medicines prescribed by docs.
      2. Start drinking 1tb spoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of water with a bit of lemon 30 mins. before earing.
      3. Eat ginger after food , dont eat before food.
      4. Avoid sodas, fried foods,oily foods atleast for 6 months.
      5. Drink 100% organic unfiltered raw honey
      (1tb spoon) in a glass of water evry morning empty stomach.
      6. Avoid dairy foods, spicy foods & sweet sugary foods,
      at least for 6-8 months
      7. Dont drink water while eating.
      8. Drink cumin seed water 1 hour after eating.

      @@sarutobiotsutsuki3489 am having same problem , i have high triglycerides and type 2 fatty liver reason- overweight but doctor gave me some vitamin e ensules plus capsules and liprose- F 10 but thing is i want to reduce it naturally can i just focus on diet and exercise to reduce or have to take medicines ?? i have gastric problem too

    Thanks much for this insightful information. Im definitely going to try this. I have a highly disruptive sleep pattern starting always a few days before I get my periods. I hardly get 3 to 4 hours of sleep. It almost last 4 to 6 days and because of that I get very moody, tired, unfocused and exhausted. Please let me know some remedies to fix this. Thanks again Dr. Hansaji. 🙏🏼

      try magnesium glycinate 400mg before bed, also calcium deficiency cause insomnia, so better to take these two minerals together , calcium citrate is the good form to take,
