    Till date nobody explained how to do suryanamaskar in such easy way, as I'm obese it takes time for me to learn and practice, as all other videos on TH-cam are explained so fast that I could not do it properly..love you so much rujuta ma'am. 😘😘👍 Now I'll practice suryanamaskar everyday all because of you

    खूप छान शिकवता तुम्ही. तुमचा साधेपणा आणि आपलेपणाने शिकवणे खूप बरं वाटतं. नाहीतर तुम्ही खूप unreachable अशा celebrity वगैरे वाटायच्या. पण u tube मुळे हे अंतर कमी झालं. असच चालू ठेवा. शुभेच्छा.

    Today i started to exercise for my goal to be fit for the rest of my life...and today i started with only 5 suryanamaskar....i will be honest today i realised that how low i was on strength...my hands were literally shaking ..while i was holding my body weight...my leg didnt came to the top of the mat as rujuta said....but this time i am not gonna give up...and m happy just after i did suryanamaskar u uploaded this new video....your video was not shot from begining.....thanks rujuta.
