    Your cues are phenomenal. Not once did I have to look at the screen. Thank you and your voice was soothing. This was perfect for me. Not too fast vinyasa but just enough to get my heartrate up. This will be in my daily routine

    This was a wonderful class! The pacing was just right for me and the instructions were so clear I did not feel I needed to constantly look at the screen which allowed me to focus more on the inner awareness of my movements. Thank you.

    Thanks again Maris for this great practice. I have a little problem with balancing, but the pose that you presented here was easy for me. I love that you say that last words before leaving us in savasana, that way we can extend it if we wanted to. Some other producers videos finish savasana and then their loud music jingle startles me out of relaxation.

    Hi Maris....Is airplane pose the same as vira 3? What are the differences?

      Hi Zoe, same lower body positioning but in airplane your arms are out to the side while in vira 3 they are reaching forward (arms by your ears). I would say airplane is just a variation on vira 3. Different teachers will have different names for the poses too. In Bikram yoga, vira 3 is called balancing stick! :)

    Loved the flows but I think five minutes of Shavasana is too much for an at home workout! (Still adding this to my favourites playlist though!

      I try to do at least 5 minutes of Savasana or 10% of class time (whichever is higher) when I teach. Of course, it's entirely up to you! :)

      I'm afraid I only manage about a minute at home, but likely others have more discipline and less restless minds! :-) Of course, the beauty of TH-cam is that I can just stop the video when I am done!
