1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter (100g)
1 tsp vanilla (5g)
2 cups all purpose flour (250g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1/2 tsp baking soda (3g)

What butter are you using ?
Salted or unsalted butter? Im so confused, is it okay to use salted butter in baking?
Usually we use unsalted, so that we can control the saltiness in the batter. You can use salted butter too, but don't add those few grams of salt in

OMG i've made this recipe countless times and it has never failed me! Such moist and fluffy texture. I'm so grateful that you shared this delicious recipe with us. I omit the cinnamon powder and use white sugar all the time, it tastes great! I also love how there's no need for a mixer here as everything can be done by hand. I like to fold in chocolate/butterscotch chips as my last step - it's SO GOOD!

I literally watched this video while I was mashing bananas & decided to make it. They are done now & they are super easy to make and super delicious, soft & bouncy.
