Just want to say thank you so much. Man, this helped me a lot. I was waking up with terrible headaches every couple days for about a year. All up the base of my skull, almost nauseating and unrelenting for the whole day. I couldn’t stretch or massage the pain away or prevent it, Advil and Tylenol wouldn’t touch it. I couldn’t even look forward to sleeping because I knew there was a chance I could wake up and have that feeling again. Especially being only 35 and pretty active along with working a trade, it was frustrating. After a week of this, it fixed it. I haven’t had a recurrence of it since. I do it lightly maybe once a week, but after a year straight of this and then being gone in a week, I can’t be thankful enough. Thank you and God bless! Keep up your service!

Have not tried this yet, but I just want to say thanks for all the self help to deal with alot of body issues.
It seems like every time I have issues, there's a video of yours that just happens to be uploaded there to help me more than any doctors I have been seeing. This especially, after being in 2 car accidents, I have been having the most intense feelings in my head and neck area, and the doctors I have seen have done nothing but push pills.
    Again thanks for being here!

This worked really well for me. I do lots of high intensity exercise, that involves lots of twisting to strengthen my core. I've noticed gradually that my neck became more and more difficult to turn as I do a lot martial arts. But this has completely eradicated the problem. Cheers!

    I gotta do this!! Yes?
I deal with C4 & C5 degenerative arthritic conditions along with a couple bone spurs growing and pinching the nerve. My MRI has shown this. One doc said surgery with a plate coming in through the front of the neck or back of neck to shave down spurs and open up that area for the nerve to be freed. Eventually I know i will probably need some type of procedure. Just not sure. This was caused by a car accident many years ago. Aging is helping with discomfort, headaches abd waking up nightly with right side pain in the neck. Sometimes I wake up because my arm, fingers are numb. Tried different pillows. Cannot find a good one. Sometimes heat helps or cold compresses only when my headache flairs up. This is so annoying. I cannot sit at my desk for long periods of time like I use to. I seem to move around a lot just to not be set in any particular position for any lengths of time. Any suggestions?

Lisa C Look up videos by Posture Makeover- those helped me. Yes, sitting at a computer for too long is not good. I had a fall years ago that has caused my issues now. I realize that if I had gone to a chiropractor regularly when it happened (I didn’t have health insurance then) and kept up with yoga all along, I probably wouldn’t have had the muscular/nerve problems I have now. But I was young and fairly fit then so once the pain stopped, I thought I was better.

Doc, I’m 75 and have severe degenerative discs in my cervical spine, to the point that no one will attempt any more manipulations on my neck. I was wrestling with my 6 year-old grandson awhile back and pinched a nerve, I’m guessing at around the C7 level. The pain I feel is primarily along the underside of my upper arm in the triceps area. It pretty much stops at the elbow, though occasionally I can feel some tingling in the ring and pinky fingers of my right hand. When I do feel pain, I can stop it by tilting my head to the left (the pain is in my right arm). I tried this stretch, and though it felt good while doing it, the pain was worse after the stretch than before I did it. Should I continue doing the stretch? Is there something else I could be doing to help with this pinched nerve? It’s hampering my ability to play golf, my primary activity, and I am desperate to get rid of it. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

This totally worked for me! I felt relief from the top of my neck to my upper back. It feels looser. Now, how can I do the same for the occipital of my butt? I need my lower back stretched out too. FYI I can’t do handstands nor headstands. Thanks doc!

Don't forget that the vertebrates are interlocked and just moving your head in the right way would take the pressure off the nerve. I see people at the gym hanging on poles trying to stretch their spine this could over stretch their tendons in back. The vertebrates will not move, and the disc is between them

Nazia, I have severe pain and soreness in my right knee too and at times my right legs seems half paralised, weird sensation. It's arthritis and borax would cure it but I live in Ireland where big pharma controls laws on medicines and borax can't be bought here, even online. You need to get real borax though, not the fake substitute which will be names as such. Borax is an inexpensive salt from a sea around Turkey and other areas. It's good for strengthening bones, teeth, hair, nails etc as well.

@@Zealotsoul1 You just dissolve the salt in boiling water to dissolve the crstals, add in some cold and mix. I'm not sure how much you'd use, probably a teaspoonful in a cup of water. There are sure to be videos and information online about the amount needed. The only thing you need to be sure of is that you get real borax and not the substitute.
