Try to update the real Discord, if you still have it. After uninstall and install vencord. If it still doesn't work maybe your mobile is too old for vencord.
If you mean like frames or accessories that you get from nitro you just need to activate on plugins "nitro". If you mean like the background "themes" you just have to go on betterdiscord.app/themes and search for a theme you like and then download. Go back to vencord and press still on themes "upload theme" and just press on the theme that you downloaded seconds ago. After down It will load the name of that theme and switch it on. P.s: Im sorry I couldn't make a video but I have some issues on my devices.
