Not true, I have just seen the new design of a certain van of a company a pal works for ! He was like ohh, they have not released that yet , even internally ! So essentially DJ has just leaked the new design , could potentially put that contract at risk now for them as the company they are building for will want to use a company that is better at keeping certain designs under wraps !

8:00 The right to take pictures from anywhere is covered under the human rights act article 8, which includes a right to participate in essential economic, social, cultural and leisure activities (hobbies). There is no right to not be photographed or filmed anywhere. Only if you have a reasonable expectation of privacy or more do have any comeback under the law and it's covered by voyeurism and stalking. And approaching a camera removes any expectation of privacy, no matter what is said about permission.

That could have been a great and interesting visit. It was ruined by the Staff of that company. In Public you have no rights of privacy and you do not own the Air Space Botts. The Airspace is controlled by the CAA. The Karens' from the building at the gate were just an absolute shame. They displayed the poor level of education held by the vast majority of the public in the UK and a blatant ignorance to the opportunity to expanding their knowledge. And as for the Bald chap, oh my god an absolute whiney little girl. Often companies welcome DJ with open arms or just leave him alone to do his Lawful Business of the Land and we watch those videos and praise those companies. Your Company today was just totally unprofessional and the majority of staff filmed showed themselves to be dimmer than a 3W bulb in a blackout. This was a real shame as you all could of portrayed yourselves very differently.
That first security guard was being very nice and it would have been best to leave him to it. The guy who came with Kevin seemed really nice too but he had to let Kevin be a wanker.
That was a great job by you, DJ, checking the deeds to confirm how illegally Kevin acted when he ejected you from the yellow area. Great audit this one DJ! Very well articulated and conscise. Flexibility and humility is key for many situations. Its odd how a human being can be more mechanical in their way of approach to another then their own lifeless policies they seem to uphold so highly. A word cannot bend and yet being able to bend is essential for being strong and upright. Ridgity can create suffering, stagnation, negligance and prevent illuminating situations. Complete transparency sheds light even in the darkest of places.
Poor Kev , he is obviously a bit of a control freak , and the company is his ‘baby’ this has him rattled. Apart from going somewhat hands on, he seemed like a nice enough guy, just a bit uneducated about HIS rights, and the rights of other’s. ( not to mention his misunderstanding of HIS obligations to public access to that land that he insisted you leave . ) I think Kevin, will want to read his deeds , he will want to research public photography, and possibly for sure he should look up the legal position on Drones. Interesting company though, as the owner , he could have given so much more to publicise his company, and if he had been a bit more professional ( like his employee was getting towards) then this could have been a Win Win situation. Sadly, it’s come out DJ 10, Kevin nil. ( the hands on bit almost made it a minus for Kevin. DJ, you should give him a second chance by doing a revisit ( or ask PJ if he could put Kevin through his paces again , to see if he has learned anything !

Yet again a company that doesn't want to show their company in a good light and they freak out when they see a camera, however what do they do going about their life such as Shop CCTV, Dashcams, Private CCTV, Town Centres - do they freak out????? Luckily people were not paranoid in the 1890s when there were loads of films made of street scenes,factories etc including people. Now we have those movie pictures to look back on to see what things were like 130 years ago. The strange behaviour of these people is obviously a sign of these very odd times.
It's not strange to believe that it's illegal to film private property from the air. It is illegal to film private houses so it's not as strange as you're claiming. People understand that you are not allowed to enter private property without permission so it's reasonable to believe that you're not allowed to film into private property either. You would think the Police would know this and be able to tell people when complaining that no offence is taking place but the Police seem to know less about the law than everyone else. The Police just think they can say something's illegal and that makes it illegal.
I just can't get my head around some of these folk. And i know the company will be watching this video and the comments. So what makes you think you own land which has double yellow lines? The director knew fully well that he didn't own it or even paint those lines. You have a woman who doesn't like being filmed and then insists you can't. But in the process proceeds to film. What makes them think they own the airspace? Does every single bit of aircraft that goes over their premises, have to seek permission? Course not. What makes them think they have the right whether they are recorded or not? You have no expectation of privacy in a public place. I personally go around and film when on my bike with my Go-Pro. I can't count the number of people who end up on my recording. Should i stop and ask permission from each of them? Don't be daft. Most of all, this company didn't display themselves to be that good.

All fantastic points. With all these videos, I'm very interested in the psychology of people and the directions that societies are heading in. From what I've seen on so many videos, the future doesn't look good...at least in the UK. There is a culture of defensiveness and fear. People are very tense, easy to offend and are very closed minded and ignorant. How does something so pervasive, ever get remedied? Well, I guess DJ Audits will have plenty of future content.
It's kinda disappointing that despite you presenting as polite, articulate and willing to explain, they want details of you, but won't reply in kind. The thing i like about these videos, is the footage. Think of buildings from the past that have been demolished, lost in history. This footage captures a window of time.
With the frame rate you have already captured hundreds of images of his face. So hilarious he keeps putting up his hand. Also do they check the insurance, driving licence and MOT of all visitors?

Social media is the most powerful tool of the 21st century so far. Companies that dont embrace it lose out. So far every large retailer in the UK who didnt have a viable and engaging internet presence has gone bust.

It is sometimes the case that planning permission is given to surround what was once a public highway and that highway is sold to the company. However, because it may have been a previous right of way, as most highways are, then they have to maintain that right of way. You get that where a shopping complex is built across a pre-existing road that is then paved over for pedestrians. The right of way still exists.
I work in a depot across the road from the local art college, so have always had students coming up taking pictures and videos for years, even before camera phones, not once has anyone had a problem with it, because its not a threat or an unusual thing to see, some people make a such drama over a phone 😂
Don't be too nice to these people. They have an air of pretense of authority. They demand answers on what you are doing. Despite ignoring any question you have about them or what they are doing. Don't tell them who you are and what you are doing. Let them stew!

Not true, I have just seen the new design of a certain van of a company a pal works for ! He was like ohh, they have not released that yet , even internally ! So essentially DJ has just leaked the new design , could potentially put that contract at risk now for them as the company they are building for will want to use a company that is better at keeping certain designs under wraps !

8:00 The right to take pictures from anywhere is covered under the human rights act article 8, which includes a right to participate in essential economic, social, cultural and leisure activities (hobbies). There is no right to not be photographed or filmed anywhere. Only if you have a reasonable expectation of privacy or more do have any comeback under the law and it's covered by voyeurism and stalking. And approaching a camera removes any expectation of privacy, no matter what is said about permission.

That could have been a great and interesting visit. It was ruined by the Staff of that company. In Public you have no rights of privacy and you do not own the Air Space Botts. The Airspace is controlled by the CAA. The Karens' from the building at the gate were just an absolute shame. They displayed the poor level of education held by the vast majority of the public in the UK and a blatant ignorance to the opportunity to expanding their knowledge. And as for the Bald chap, oh my god an absolute whiney little girl. Often companies welcome DJ with open arms or just leave him alone to do his Lawful Business of the Land and we watch those videos and praise those companies. Your Company today was just totally unprofessional and the majority of staff filmed showed themselves to be dimmer than a 3W bulb in a blackout. This was a real shame as you all could of portrayed yourselves very differently.

Flexibility and humility is key for many situations. Its odd how a human being can be more mechanical in their way of approach to another then their own lifeless policies they seem to uphold so highly. A word cannot bend and yet being able to bend is essential for being strong and upright. Ridgity can create suffering, stagnation, negligance and prevent illuminating situations.
Complete transparency sheds light even in the darkest of places.

It's not strange to believe that it's illegal to film private property from the air. It is illegal to film private houses so it's not as strange as you're claiming. People understand that you are not allowed to enter private property without permission so it's reasonable to believe that you're not allowed to film into private property either. You would think the Police would know this and be able to tell people when complaining that no offence is taking place but the Police seem to know less about the law than everyone else. The Police just think they can say something's illegal and that makes it illegal.
I just can't get my head around some of these folk. And i know the company will be watching this video and the comments. So what makes you think you own land which has double yellow lines? The director knew fully well that he didn't own it or even paint those lines.
You have a woman who doesn't like being filmed and then insists you can't. But in the process proceeds to film.
What makes them think they own the airspace? Does every single bit of aircraft that goes over their premises, have to seek permission? Course not.
What makes them think they have the right whether they are recorded or not? You have no expectation of privacy in a public place.
I personally go around and film when on my bike with my Go-Pro. I can't count the number of people who end up on my recording. Should i stop and ask permission from each of them? Don't be daft.

All fantastic points. With all these videos, I'm very interested in the psychology of people and the directions that societies are heading in. From what I've seen on so many videos, the future doesn't look good...at least in the UK. There is a culture of defensiveness and fear. People are very tense, easy to offend and are very closed minded and ignorant. How does something so pervasive, ever get remedied? Well, I guess DJ Audits will have plenty of future content.

The thing i like about these videos, is the footage. Think of buildings from the past that have been demolished, lost in history. This footage captures a window of time.

It is sometimes the case that planning permission is given to surround what was once a public highway and that highway is sold to the company. However, because it may have been a previous right of way, as most highways are, then they have to maintain that right of way. You get that where a shopping complex is built across a pre-existing road that is then paved over for pedestrians. The right of way still exists.

I work in a depot across the road from the local art college, so have always had students coming up taking pictures and videos for years, even before camera phones, not once has anyone had a problem with it, because its not a threat or an unusual thing to see, some people make a such drama over a phone 😂
